Transforming the world of work
This event brought together HR leaders from major global brands, such as Twitter and Microsoft, to discuss how to add humanity into the workplace. Our task was to bring their event to life in San Diego for an audience of 1,800. The three days were packed full of engaging experiences across 7 separate stages, 1 general session, and 47 educational breakout sessions. The immersive general session stage captivated attendees from the moment they walked in and elevated world-class speakers like Esther Perel and Luvvie Ajayi Jones. We worked with 4 talent acts, including a custom opener that honored California’s Indigenous roots, and a Ballet Folklorico number that celebrated San Diego’s Hispanic culture. The result was a thoughtfully-curated, cohesive event full of actionable ideas, ongoing conversations, and meaningful connections about transforming the world of work.
